What is Search? Searching allows you to specify the types of member profiles you want to see. You can conduct an unlimited number of searches by selecting the preferences and characteristics of your desired match. Start with zip code, age, and gender.
What is Advanced Search? Detailed Searching allows you to search perfect mate by providing complete details of the person you are looking for.
What is tell your success story? Success story provides you the platform to share your experience with other members by posting that in success story.
What is a Virtual kiss? How many times can I kiss someone? A virtual kiss is a quick, fun way to let someone know you're interested. The member gets the wink in his or her onsite email Inbox and then can go to your profile and kiss you back.
How do I find the profiles of members I'm interested in? To search through all the members at the site, first you should go to preferences where you can customize your search by choosing the characteristics of the type of people you'd like to meet. You can select gender, height, marital status, education, religion, ethnicity, smoking and drinking habits, location and distance from your home. Once you've selected the type of people you'd like to meet, go to search at the top of any page and see your potential matches. Click on any name to view a full profile.
When will I show up in the search listings? When your account is approved, it will show up in all member searches. This process from account creation to member viewing is approximately 24 hours.
When will people respond to me? Most people will begin to receive responses (e-mails) almost immediately upon their profile being approved. Finding the right match online does take a little effort on your part for both men and women. Did you upload your photo? Write a catchy headline? Send e-mails to other members?
What are tips for the best results? Be Honest: Figure out what type of person you REALLY want to meet. Be descriptive: Saying "I want to meet a girl/ a boy" does not say much about you. Actually, it sounds a little desperate! Make an Effort: Post your picture and make your own gallery. Let others know who you really are and what your look like. Upgrade to Gold placement: If you want more views you need to be listed at the top.

Is lovilla.com a safe site to release my personal information? Yes it is perfectly safe to provide your information. We understand the risk and we believe that your safety comes first so we do everything in our power to protect your information. We do not reveal any of your personal contact information to any other members. Only you would share this information in your personal messages with other members whenever you are comfortable to do so.
Can I post anything in my profile? No, we do have picture guidelines that are enforced.
Are member profiles reviewed or screened for accuracy? Yes, all profiles are reviewed to insure that they are within our user guidelines and match up to the user described.
Do you have a code of conduct on your site? Yes, we do! Although we do not monitor private messages, we will not tolerate harassment, racial or ethnic slurs, threats, and insulting messages being sent to the members. We also do not allow the solicitation of goods or services on our site, commercial advertisements, "spamming", or anyone under the age of 18.
Do you monitor or edit my private messages that I might send to other members? Absolutely not. We do not monitor or filter private instant messages or mail messages sent by our members. However, all message histories are recorded. This way if we receive a complaint from a member regarding harassment or insulting messages on our site, we can easily confirm the situation and take appropriate action.
Where & to whom does my information go to? Your information will go only to the members of this site.
Where did my messages go? Your messages automatically gets deleted after 60 days.

How do I pay for a membership? We currently accept payments via Credit Card payments made online using Stormpay secure services.
How long is my membership for? Depending on the membership you selected, it could have been free for 12 hours, 3 day trial membership or monthly membership. Check your receipt to see what membership you have.

How do I change my billing information? Click on the "Account" tab on the left vertical tool bar to change or view your billing statement.
What appears on my credit card as the billing company? Sky Networks will appear on your credit card statement to insure your privacy.
How to create a profile? Start by clicking on the "Join now" tab on the home page of the www.lovilla.com Site. This will take you to the primary sign up page. Fill out the proceeding form and follow the directions. You should be a member within 4-6 minutes.
How do I add someone to my favorites list? You can add anyone to your favorites list by clicking on the favorite list link in your Members Online or in your search list.
How can I remove friends from my Friends List on my Profile? To remove someone from your Friends List go to your personal home page, scroll down to "My circle of friends" and click on "my Friends." You will then see a listing of every single person currently on your Friend List Next to each name you will see "Remove from friends". By clicking "Remove from friends", that person will be removed from your Friend List. You may only delete one person at a time.
How do I change my user name or password? Click "My profile" link located on the left vertical tool bar of on your www.Lovilla.com homepage. Type in your old username, enter in your new username, authenticate your new username, then hit submit.
How do I set my status to ‘suspend’? You may set your status to ‘suspend’ by clicking "Suspend" link on the right of your Control Panel.
How do I cancel my account? Click on the "Delete Account" tab on the bottom of your Control Panel to cancel your account.
How do I upload my picture gallery? How do I make my gallery private?
Open your Gallery by clicking on the left vertical tool bar "My Gallery". Choose the Album you wish to hide from general member viewing. Use Access Level menu to toggle between "public", "friends only" or "private" viewing.
What kind of photos to post in my profile? Fun, happy, warm, interesting, smiles, sexy... and think about the things that you love about your life (skiing, painting, traveling, playing with your dog, etc.). The first photo should be a thumbnail and the others can be more creative.
How long will it take for my photo to appear? Normal posting time for photos is 24 hours. Our staff must approve each photo to maintain the quality of matches available through lovilla.com.
Why does the lovilla.com site seem to be slow? If you're having trouble with the speed of our site, it's usually one of three things: lovilla.com may be experiencing technical difficulty. The connection on your end may be the cause. The internet itself may be experiencing a traffic jam.
What should I do if I get the correct username or password, but still have trouble logging in? You may have turned the cookies off by accident. Please reset your browser to accept cookies.
Why is the email I sent being returned to me? If the email you're sending is being returned to you, it could be that: you are trying to send to an anonymous username that doesn't exist. Be sure to check your spelling. The person you are trying to contact is no longer a member of lovilla.com. You are sending from an email address other than the address that you used when you joined lovilla.com.
I am unable to load the picture on my computer. What should I do? Attach your photo to an email message and send it to us at: mail@lovilla.com. Please make sure that your picture is in one of the following formats: JPG, GIF, & PNG. The email address you are using to send the picture, must match the email address you entered when you signed up for lovilla.com. We will process your photo within 24 hours of receiving it. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your photo(s) has been approved.
Why do I get approval status in my profile after registration and I can’t communicate with other members? Right after you have registered, your account is in a approval status which mean that you can log in but not use the site. The reason for that is to allow us to read your profile, look at the photos/messages you have upload in order to make sure that only quality member will be allowed to be members.(no spam users, no nude photos…) As soon as we checked your new profile, we will change it to active. Right after that, you will get an email, notifying you that you are now a full member and that you are capable of full communicating with the other members. This procedure might take up to 24 hour.
Why is my profile still pending? Currently the review process for all memberships is approximately 24 hours. This time may vary depending on the number of sign ups. If it has been longer than 48 hours, click here for customer service
Why was my profile rejected? When a profile is rejected it is usually in violation of our profile, picture, or is in "time out" for a Terms of Service (TOS) abuse. If none of the previous applies, click here for customer support
Why am I not getting very many matches? There are a number of ways to increase your number of matches. First make sure you have created a profile. Once you create your profile, our exclusive technology will compare your profile responses with those of other members to find the profiles that best match you. Already did that? The criteria in your profile may be too specific. Try to broaden your match criteria.
Why am I not getting very many/any responses? Want to increase you chances of getting a response? Post a photo. Research shows that profiles with photos are 8 times more like to receive a response. When contacting other members, remember to tell more about yourself and ask questions. This gives your potential match even more reason to write back. On the more technical side, many people have more than one email address. Make sure you're using your registered e-mail address. If none of these solutions work, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
I am a guest. Can I initiate sending messages to others? As a Guest Member, you can not initiate sending messages to others. To do so, you need to become an authorized Member.
I forgot my username/password? Click here to retrieve your user name or password. You will need the actual e-mail account you originally opened the account with to receive the username and password.

Why was my account deleted? You have either canceled your account, or may be in violation of our user guidelines. Click here to contact customer service.
